DEP Training Course # pending; 6 SEO CEUs
Description: This full day course will define the term “enforcement” as it is used in the Sewage Facilities Act and the regulations. It will review a range of available enforcement actions and the most appropriate times or circumstances to use them. Attendees will learn the appropriate role of the SEO and others involved in enforcement actions as well as receive helpful tips, tools, and resources to assist SEOs in the enforcement process. This course will use real-life examples of how enforcement actions can be applied to actual SEO situations. This course was not designed to debate the legal issues or ethics of sewage enforcement.
