Description: This full day course will: Review a range of available enforcement actions and the most appropriate times or circumstances to use them; Explain the role of the SEO and others involved in enforcement actions; Provide helpful tips, tools, and resources to assist SEOs in the enforcement process; Use real-life examples of how enforcement actions can be applied to actual SEO situations; Discuss SEO-related aspects of the legal process, such as obtaining warrants, gathering evidence, testifying, providing documentation to a court of law, filing necessary paperwork, requesting assistance from police or others, and building a solid case. This course was not designed to debate the legal issues or ethics of sewage enforcement. It is simply a hands-on, nuts-and-bolts course designed to familiarize SEOs with the procedures and paperwork required to uphold the enforcement aspects of their jobs. It is recommended that you have already attended Enforcement I prior to taking this course.
Continuing Ed: This course is approved by PADEP for 6 SEO credits (pending).

Cost: $180 for members of PASEO (or PSMA/POWRA/PAPSS); $210 for non-members.
