PASEO Western Conference & Trade Show – Training Course
Each year PASEO hosts Pennsylvania’s premier Conference and Trade Show for sewage enforcement officers in western Pennsylvania. PASEO invites you to take part in another successful Conference and Trade Show. This half day course is offered in conjunction with the 2025 Western Conference & Trade Show held on March 10-11, 2025, at the Monroeville Convention Center, 209 Mall Boulevard, Monroeville, Pennsylvania 15146. If you require overnight lodging, there are several options within the immediate vicinity, including a Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, Red Roof Inn, and Courtyard by Marriott.
AMERICAN PERC-RITE DRIP DISPERSAL: DESIGN REVIEW & INSTALLATION INSPECTION TRAINING COURSE

Time: The training course runs 1:00pm-4:30pm. Check-in opens at 12:30pm.

Description: This course will educate SEOs about the design review and installation inspections for the American PercRite drip dispersal technology. The course will review the basic siting and design requirements. Operational design calculations will be demonstrated including a design review worksheet. The course defines manufacturer and SEO responsibilities and then focuses on critical elements of the SEO inspection of a drip installation. Successful completion of this course will officially delegate sewage enforcement officers to independently review and issue permits for the Drip Irrigation Systems: American PERC-RITE primary effluent (Alternate Technology Classification Number # A2010-0005-0002) and American PERC-RITE secondary effluent (Alternate Technology Classification Number # A2014-0022-0002). (Students must pass the course knowledge test with a grade of 70% to obtain continuing education credits & receive delegated authority.)
Continuing Ed: This training is approved by PADEP for 3 SEO credits total. Students must successfully pass the course knowledge test to receive CE.
Cost: $105 for members of PASEO (or PSMA/POWRA/PAPSS); $120 for non-members. Lunch provided.
