PASEO is divided up into six regional chapters: Southeast (Region 1) Northeast (Region 2), Southcentral (Region 3), Northcentral (Region 4), Southwest (Region 5), and Northwest (Region 6).

Local chapters have their own respective leadership teams who offer local social & educational opportunities for members.
