PASEO Western Conference & Trade Show – Training Course
Each year PASEO hosts Pennsylvania’s premier Conference and Trade Show for sewage enforcement officers in western Pennsylvania. PASEO invites you to take part in another successful Conference and Trade Show. This full day course is offered in conjunction with the 2026 Western Conference & Trade Show held on March 9-10, 2026, at the Monroeville Convention Center, 209 Mall Boulevard, Monroeville, Pennsylvania 15146. If you require overnight lodging, there are several options within the immediate vicinity, including a Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, Red Roof Inn, and Courtyard by Marriott.
ECOFLO IN PA – COCO BIOFILTERS

Description: Ecoflo Biofilters are advanced treatment systems that have been approved for use in PA as alternate systems. The focus of this half day, 3- SEO credit course will be the new EC7 Coco filter models. The course will provide a technical overview of the coco filter system and its performance in reducing BOD5 and TSS. General system design standards for both plastic and concrete tanks will be presented along with absorption area sizing criteria. Construction and installation techniques will be reviewed along with permitting guidance, as well as system operation and maintenance requirements.
