PASEO Western Conference & Trade Show – Training Course
Each year PASEO hosts Pennsylvania’s premier Conference and Trade Show for sewage enforcement officers in western Pennsylvania. PASEO invites you to take part in another successful Conference and Trade Show. This full day course is offered in conjunction with the 2026 Western Conference & Trade Show held on March 9-10, 2026, at the Monroeville Convention Center, 209 Mall Boulevard, Monroeville, Pennsylvania 15146. If you require overnight lodging, there are several options within the immediate vicinity, including a Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, Red Roof Inn, and Courtyard by Marriott.

Description: This full day course will walk students through the process of investigating a potential malfunction up to the point of identifying the underlying cause(s). There will be a brief discussion on how to resolve common types of malfunctions in general terms, but will not focus on resolving malfunctions in any detail. Topics addressed include: Unresolved Regulatory Malfunctions; Basic Investigation; Background Investigation; Technical Investigations (Building Sewers, Treatment, Distribution, Absorption Area).
