PASEO Western Conference & Trade Show – Training Course
Each year PASEO hosts Pennsylvania’s premier Conference and Trade Show for sewage enforcement officers in western Pennsylvania. PASEO invites you to take part in another successful Conference and Trade Show. This half day course is offered in conjunction with the 2024 Western Conference & Trade Show held on March 10-11, 2025, at the Monroeville Convention Center, 209 Mall Boulevard, Monroeville, Pennsylvania 15146. If you require overnight lodging, there are several options within the immediate vicinity, including a Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, Red Roof Inn, and Courtyard by Marriott.
MIRCROMOUND DESIGN REVIEW & INSTALLATION INSPECTION TRAINING COURSE

Time: The training course runs 8:30am-12:00pm. Check-in opens at 8:15am.

Description: It is essential that SEOs have working knowledge of the approved alternate systems used in PA. This course will review the alternate system listing for this technology and educate SEOs about the design and installation of the American PercRite micromound system. Part 1 of the course will review the basic siting and design requirements and the details of sand and drip tubing placement. Operational design calculations will also be demonstrated. Part 2 of the course defines manufacturer and SEO responsibilities and then focusses on critical elements of the SEO inspection of a micromound installation. Completion of this course will officially delegate SEOs to independently review and issue permits for PercRite micromound absorption areas.
Continuing Ed: This training is approved by PADEP for 3 SEO credits total.
Cost: $105 for members of PASEO (or PSMA/POWRA/PAPSS); $120 for non-members. Lunch provided.
