2026 PASEO Western Conference – BOOTH RENTAL
Each year PASEO hosts Pennsylvania’s premier Conference and Trade Show for sewage enforcement officers in Western Pennsylvania. PASEO invites you to take part in another successful Conference and Trade Show as an exhibitor. Don’t pass up this opportunity to network with up to 50 wastewater professionals from western Pennsylvania!
The 2026 Western Conference & Trade Show will be held on March 9-10, 2026, at the Monroeville Convention Center, 209 Mall Boulevard, Monroeville, Pennsylvania 15146. If you require overnight lodging there are several options within the immediate vicinity, including a Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn, Red Roof Inn, and Courtyard by Marriott.
You can also register additional booth personnel, and/or advertise in the conference program. Consider adding those “products” to your cart during the checkout process to maximize your company’s exposure to Pennsylvania’s wastewater community.
Booth Rental Fee:
Standard Rate: $450
Booth Rental Fee Includes:
• 8’ wide x 6’ deep area (approximate)
• 6’ skirted table and 2 chairs
• 1 wastebasket
• Business listing in printed conference program
• Registration for ONE company representative, which includes full conference privileges (educational sessions, breaks, lunches). Additional staff must register as “Additional Booth Personnel” which you can do by adding that product to your shopping cart at check out.
• PASEO will announce booth assignments to vendors one week prior to the conference.
