DESCRIPTION: This full day course will walk students through the process of investigating a potential malfunction up to the point of identifying the underlying cause(s). There will be a brief discussion on how to resolve common types of malfunctions in general terms, but will not focus on resolving malfunctions in any detail. Topics addressed include: Unresolved Regulatory Malfunctions; Basic Investigation; Background Investigation; Technical Investigations (Building Sewers, Treatment, Distribution, Absorption Area).
CONTINUING EDUCATION: This training is approved by PADEP for 6 SEO credits total.
