PASEO has scheduled four SEO Pre-Certification Academies at four different locations around the state in 2024:
April 8-12, 2024 – York County

The Sewage Enforcement Officer (SEO) Precertification Academy is broken up into two separate phases: PHASE 1: Self-Study Orientation Course – This is roughly 8-10 hours of self-guided study that you complete at home prior to arriving for the classroom-based training. PHASE 2: Classroom-Based Course – This is 4.5 days of in-person training with PASEO instructors in a classroom setting.
